OUR PEOPLE
We have two attorneys, Michael D. Hart and B. James Palmer, who focus exclusively on representing people obtaining relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Hart has twenty years' experience working in the field of bankruptcy. Mr. Palmer adds nearly ten years legal experience to the team.
The attorneys are supported by six paralegals and staff members. Each client is assigned to an attorney/paralegal team, working together throughout the bankruptcy process.

We have a focus on reorganization that is unique in the Valley. We are the only firm which regularly files more Chapter 13 reorganization cases than Chapter 7s. Having filed over 2,000 Chapter 13 cases allows us to provide clients with experienced representation unparalleled in the area. And although we have a unique focus on Chapter 13 cases, we also file roughly 150 Chapter 13 cases each year.
